TCC-50 MCS Tragbare manuelle Rohrtrennmaschine

Die TCC-50-MCS bietet eine kostengünstige Lösung für diejenigen, die die Vorteile spanlosen, rotierenden Trennens aber für geringeres Volumen benötigen.

Das Rohr wird manuell vom Bediener bis zum verstellbaren Anschlag eingelegt. Danach erfolgt das automatische, rotierende Trennen. Über eine digitale Anzeige kann die Länge schnell und präzise eingestellt werden. Der Rohrdurchmesser liegt zwischen 1,5 – 45 mm. Die Maschine ist für Kupfer, Aluminium, Messing, CuNi, Bau- und Edelstahl geeignet.

Bei rotierendem Trennen werden Splitter, Abfall und nachfolgendes Entgraten und Waschen vermieden. Es ist eine umweltfreundliche, ruhige und schnelle Trennmethode. Minimale Innendurchmesser-Reduzierung ist für nachfolgende Arbeitsschritte wie dem Dornbiegen und der Standalone-Endbearbeitung entscheidend.
Mit der TCC-50-MCS, die eine schnelle, zweistufige Trennmethode verwendet, kann dies erreicht werden. Zuerst dringt die Trennscheibe 95 % in die Rohrwand ein. Danach wird das getrennte Teil seitlich ausseinandergezogen.
