Rohrendenumformung

T-DRILL Rohrendenformer wurden entwickelt, um die Anforderungen einer breiten Palette von Anwendungen zu erfüllen – einschließlich der Endenformung bei außergewöhnlich langen oder komplexen Rohren, wie sie zum Beispiel in ACR-Anlagen, Solarmodulen und der mechanischen Auftragsindustrie üblich sind.

Die Rohrendenformer sind vollautomatisch und eignen sich zum Schließen, Reduzieren und Expandieren von Kupfer- und Messingrohren. Die Form des Verschlusses kann flach (90° / gerade), elliptisch (kurzer Verschluss) oder kugelförmig (runder Verschluss) sein. Reduzierungen und Erweiterungen sind auch bis zu bestimmten Größen möglich.

Das Prinzip ist wie folgt: Nach dem Einspannen des Rohrs wird automatisch ein rotierendes Werkzeug an das Rohrende geführt. Die Reibung des Werkzeugs heizt das stationäre Rohrende, wodurch es schnell der Form der Matritze angepasst wird.
