T-DRILL TCC-45 EF3 Rohrtrennmaschine mit integriertem Endenumformer
Die TCC-45 EF3 schwer belastbare spanlos Rohrtrennmaschine mit hydraulischem Endenumformer. Die TCC-45 EF3 wurde für das spalose Trennen Sicken und Endenumformen konstruiert. Alle drei Operationen werden gleichzeitig ausgeführt. Dies eleminiert die Handhabung der Abschnitte zu seperaten Endenbearbeitungen. Das bedeutet; erhöhte Produktivität, größere Genauigkeit und bessere Quallität. Das System kann zur unbewachten Langzeitproduktion programmiert werden.
Die Maschine ist mit drei Umformstationen ausgerüstet, die die meisten Anforderungen an das Endenumformen mit einem Werkzeugsatz erfüllt. Umformungen für Aufnahme von O-Ringen, Flanschen, Verbindungen für Kupplungen, Aufweitungen und Reduzierungen können hergestellt werden. Die Maschine kann mit Rohren von der Stange oder vom Coil beladen werden. Es ist ein Zähler verfügbar, der die Maschine nach Erreichen der voreingestellten Abschnittmenge anhält.
