TCC-25 TPS Rohrtrennmaschine
Mit diesem speziellen System werden Kupferrohre vom Coil getrennt. Nach dem Trennen wird ein Rohrende voll automatisch durch das Spinningverfahren geschlossen.
Das System besteht aus der automatischen, spanlosen Standard-T-DRILL-Rotations-Trennmaschine TCC-25.Sie nimmt die Rohre vom Coil, richtet sie aus und trennt sie entsprechend der Abschnittlänge. Danach wird das Rohr (nur das vordere Ende) automatisch in einen Spinner zur Verschließung der Enden geführt. Da die TCC-25 die Rohre sehr schnell trennt, sind in die Spinner-Einheit zwei separate Spinner integriert, um die Produktionsrate zu erhöhen.
