T-Drill S-80 Aushalsmaschine

Die neue S-80 Aushalsmaschine ist mit einem automatischen Werkzeugwechsler ausgestattet und bietet einen vollständig servogesteuerten Prozess. Sie ist außerordentlich schnell und effizient beim Bearbeiten von Edelstahl- und Kupferrohren.

Diese Maschine ist speziell darauf ausgelegt, Aushalsungen von 10 bis 101,6 mm schneller als bisher zu realisieren, was sie zur idealen Wahl für hochvolumige Projekte mit Rohren bis zu 4 Zoll Durchmesser macht.

Der vollautomatische, servogesteuerte Aushalszyklus der S-80 umfasst das Fräsen des Vorlochs, das Formen der Aushalsung und das Plandrehen der Aushalsung für Schweißarbeiten. Ein großer Vorteil des automatischen Werkzeugwechslers ist seine Fähigkeit, verschiedene Aushalsdurchmesser in einem einzigen Arbeitszyklus zu bearbeiten.
